In advertising, you do some fun stuff. You make films, posters, websites, and mobile apps. But mostly, you make decks. Decks are what you use to present work to the client. It's pages on pages of strategy, research, insights, demographics, media recommendations, quals, and marketing objectives. All leading up to the idea itself.
So for our 2016 Wunderman Holiday card, we created a simple, honest card that just says 'Happy Holidays.' And then a 90 page deck explaining exactly how we came up with it.
